Every great agency starts with a commitment. Ours began in January 2024 when we opened our doors as a licensed nurse registry in Central Florida...
Region by region, we expanded our reach to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities until every corner of Florida could access our services.
In 2025, Wheatland Health Community Care achieved full accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
We are actively pursuing Medicare certification to broaden access to skilled services and deepen our clinical capabilities across the regions we serve.
